Steven has been with Casters Coffee since its beginning, when he was experiencing homelessness.
Today, he leads our roasting operations and trains others who are rebuilding their lives through Casters Coffee.

At Casters Coffee, every batch is roasted on our Giesen W15A, a world-class machine known for precision and consistency.
Its advanced controls let our roasters fine-tune every detail — from temperature to airflow — bringing out the full flavor and aroma of each bean.
